This coffee lecture will focus on inorganic materials and polymers, including alloys, ceramics, metal-organic frameworks, and other materials that find their applications in semiconductors, solar panels, and batteries. The CAplus database helps searchers identify these materials by their CAS Registry Number®, but CAS STNext gives you access to databases with complementary coverage beyond applied chemistry.
In this session, we will review the content and indexing of databases like PQSciTech, Compendex, INSPEC, CBNB, and others to boost your materials search.
